l emplacement le hall la réception , les chambres et les femmes de ménage qui nous a feint le service tip top le PDJ le buffet la propreté
Nous avons passés 8 nuits a 4 donc deux chambres cela est inacceptable Odeur irrespirable sur le palier du 7eme étage + une nuit nous avons pas dormi le client à côté a fait la fête + odeur de cigarette ,bruitdans une chambre à côté toute la nuit appel deux fois à la réception avant que monte un employée problème signalé de nouveau vers 8h à la réception aucune compensation pour les soucis rencontrées. ce n est pas correct de louer des chambres et de subir sur tout au long de notre séjour cette mauvaise odeur. plusieurs reprises des plateaux de dîner qui restait une journée à chaque fois au palier du 7eme les jours passant rien aucune mesure pour l’odeur jusq ya notre départ étant du métier assistant manager au Room service à Disney land paris je suis du métier du tourisme Certains employés ne disent même pas bonjour le matin au PDJ ou en journée. Nous avons organiser ce voyage très coûteux Nous attendions un service mieux pour un 4 étoiles le Roff top pas top délaissé.piscine aussi sans plus rien n est investi pour des clients en vacances manque d animation salle de sport correct on apprécie le hall Cosy et les employées qui nous ont aidés avec le sourire une réceptionniste merci à ses autres collègues Merci aux femmes de chambres qui a pris soin de nos chambres. Nous attendons un retour de votre part digne d un 4 étoiles nous souhaitons avoir une compensation. Mr et Me. Bienvenu
